The Garrison Command headquarters in Warsaw is seen on 9 April, 2017 with portraits of the 96 victims of th 2010 Smolensk crash including former president Lech Kaczynski. A statue of the late Lech Kaczynski will be revealed in the garisson on the 7th anniversary of the airplaine crash on 10 April.
