A man puts broken window panes into the bucket of a backhoe loader outside a nine-storey apartment block damaged by a Russian drone attack in Dnipro, Ukraine, on November 23, 2025. Overnight, Russian forces launch a large-scale attack on the city, igniting balconies of a nine-storey residential building and damaging the premises of a private house. Six cars are also damaged in the strike. Fifteen people require medical assistance. Three remain hospitalized: women aged 52 and 64, and a 48-year-old man.
