Yllow vest auto media in La Roche-sur-Yon, France, on May 4, 2019. Yellow Vests (gilets jaunes) of Pays-de-la-Loire organized an interregional gathering for their act 25 saying that the announcements Emmanuel Macron did not meet their expectations. The Prefect of Vendée had banned any demonstration in downtown La Roche-sur-Yon, the Yellow Vests tried to access but were repulsed by mobile gendarmes who used tear gas.

The words on the yllow vest read ' Liberty, Equality, Fraternity'. Protesters called 'Gilets jaunes' (ie Yellow vests) protest against the rise of taxes on oil products.
