Strong winds blow the snow as a treacherous winter storm hits Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on December 23, 2022. Environment Canada says that Toronto will receive 5 to 15 centimetres of total snowfall accumulation between Friday and Saturday morning. It is also warning of 'potential flash freeze' conditions as temperatures plummet on Friday morning. Winds that are expected to gust up to 90-120 kilometres an hour on Saturday that could lead to crippling blizzard conditions.
