Nepalese Devotees burn fire in the early morning on the fourth and last day of Chhath Puja Festival at Bagmati River, Kathmandu, Nepal on Friday, October 27, 2017. Chhath Puja Festival, the worship of Sun God, is common in Nepal's Terai region and is celebrated in Kathmandu as well by Terai communities and in India. The worship has to be based on a pond, river or any water sources, as per the religious tradition.

Protesters stormed the jail and dragged the accused and lynched him on National Highway.
