Aerial panoramic view from a drone of Oia village of Santorini Island, located in Cyclades islands complex in the Aegean Sea. The picturesque Mediterranean settlement is located on the steep cliffs of the volcanic caldera. Santorini is a volcano island and has been hit recently by nearby dozens of earthquakes daily, a geological phenomenon called earthquake swarm, counting thousands since the beginning of the phenomenon. The Greek government imposed security measures, such as closing the schools and banning public gatherings, bringing emergency response crews, while thousands of locals fled the island.
