The length of the rope used is 2000 meters with a 500-meter net pulled by 15-20 people working together in a traditional way.

Workers prepare the fishing boats that will house the statue of Our Lady of Martyrs in Molfetta on the occasion of the patronal feast, Sept. 6, 2023. On the occasion of the Patronal Feast, the municipal administration of Molfetta, thanks to the collaboration of Cosimo Amato, regional president of Anesv-agis Puglia Basilicata, and the Luciani family, has organized, a special day for children cared for by social cooperatives and volunteer organizations. All will be able to enjoy for free the attractions of the traveling amusement park set up at Secca dei Pali, which opens today in Molfetta.
