Hindu holy man (sadhu) sits by the batch of marijuana, which is allowed to be smoked for religious purposes, at the Pashupatinath temple complex, one of the holiest shrines of the Hindus as well as UNESCO Heritage Site, on the day of Maha Shivaratri Festival on 21 February, 2020 in Kathmandu, Nepal. Hundreds of thousands of devotees from across Nepal and India are expected to visit the Pashupatinath Temple to celebrate Maha Shivaratri by offering special prayers and fasting to worship Lord Shiva.
