Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach speaks in against access to abortion medication mifepristone following oral arguments Food and Drug Administration v. Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine, a case that could end access to the medication, Washington, DC, March 26, 2024. AHM asked the Court to curtail access to mifepristone, which has been in use in the U.S. for 24 years. The Southern Poverty Law Center has designated Alliance Defending Freedom as a hate group.

There, Baishakhi alleges that he was harassed multiple times in college under the direction of Education Minister Perth Chattopadhyay. Various videos have been circulated on social media about him Even attempts are being made to prove him communal.
