Samsam wants the court to force Danish intelligence services to admit that they recruit him when he is in Syria between 2012 and 2014. In Spain, he is sentenced for integrating into a militant group, but he seeks to have that case reopened and hopes that a favorable decision in the Danish Supreme Court can contribute to this.
