Fragments of a downpipe lie on the ground near a five-storey apartment block in the Dniprovskyi district hit by a Russian drone in Kyiv, Ukraine, on February 3, 2026. Russia's massive nighttime attack on Kyiv's energy infrastructure leaves part of the city's left bank without heating. The most difficult situation is in the Darnytskyi and Dniprovskyi districts. Emergency power outages are also implemented on the left bank.
