A man is working during the production of closures used for various items such as backpacks, handbags, purses, and clothing at the ICY Surcomex S.A de C.V. thread and closure factory in Ecatepec de Morelos, Mexico, on March 6, 2024. The sustainable factory utilizes some recycled materials to prevent environmental pollution. Many of its employees have experienced gender violence, and ICY Surcomex provides employment opportunities to vulnerable individuals.
