Farmers are pouring manure and waste at the entrance of the building that hosts several agencies related to agriculture: ADEME (for efficient energy use), the Adour-Garonne water agency, and the OFB (French Office for Biodiversity). Some farmers are attempting to break into the building but are being stopped by Gendarmerie and Police officers in Toulouse, France, on January 16, 2024.
