Overnight on Saturday, October 25, Russian forces attack Kyiv with ballistic missiles, killing two people and injuring thirteen people. Fires break out in several locations. The government of Mexico sends troops to the northern border with the United States in early February as part of a 10,000-member deployment operation to tighten measures against illegal migration and cross-border drug smuggling.
