Thousands of workers gathered to demand fair careers and decent pensions. Outside of the FEB (Federation of Enterprises in Belgium) the protesters thrown red paint and eggs to the building. With over 1.2 million members, the General Federation of Belgian Labour (FGTB) is the second the largest trade union in Belgium. In addition to strikes, actions such as business blockages, but also blitz actions that extended to roadblocks and blockages of strategic production points, such as industrial zonings.
