It launches at the beginning of the summer on social networks against Macron's politics: downsizing the welfare state to cut taxes for businesses, rising the Defense budget and Interior Ministry, and his choice of conservative Sebastien Lecornu as the new Prime Minister. His pro-business stance angers French people who blockade everywhere in France on September 10. Riot police receive orders to show no tolerance towards blockades and use volleys of tear gas canisters. After blockading, people come to protest and scuffle with riot police in Toulouse, France, on September 18, 2025.
