The Fresque des Quebecois Wall Mural in Old Quebec City, Quebec, Canada, on June 24, 2025, recounts the story of Quebec City, weaving in visual allusions to its unique architecture and fortifications. It features some 15 historic figures and nearly a dozen of Quebec's leading writers and artists. The Fresque des Quebecois is a colossal mural of 420 square meters, inaugurated on October 17, 1999. The mural alludes to the history of the city because it contains historical characters from the place.

The fresco in homage to Adama Traore and George Floyd in the town of Stains, a suburb of Paris, France, on early in the evening of July 4, 2020 was vandalized. The tags ''Extortion, thieves, stop at the Traore'' and ''Pregnant women robbers'' were added. This fresco in homage to the two men killed by the police in France and the USA had caused controversy because of the term ''police violence'' and several police unions had called for its removal.
