Team member from BASARNAS in Jakarta on 3 January 2016 checking the small boat that will be use for the mission to find missing person from Shipt Burnt that killed 22 people near Muara Karang Harbour at 01/01/2017. BASARNAS (Badan SAR Nasional) is Indonesian SAR organization that direclty report to The President of Republic of Indonesia. It was founded in 1955 as part of Indonesian responsibility in taking care of it's own Aviation and Maritime Accident, at first the organization is under Ministry of Transportation, then in 2007 the organization becoming independent under direct supervisor from President of Republic of Indonesia. Since it's independence BASARNAS have several achievement in the search and rescue mission such as : Air Asia Plane Crash, Evacuation of Aceh Earth Quake, and many more. In recent the organization moving fast in evacuating a burnt ship that killed 22 people.
