Flash flooding destroys homes, submerges cars and prompts water rescues in New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States on July 18, 2023. Flash flooding from a storm that moved through the area, caused damage to vehicles, businesses and homes on Drift Street and Welton Street Tuesday in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Three victims which included children needed to be rescued. The victims are in stable condition.
