Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) badgers the leaders of Georgetown University, the City University of New York. and University of California, Berkeley during a Congressional hearing on antisemitism, in Washington, D.C., U.S., on July 15, 2025. Democrats and others criticize Stefanik's lashing out at university leaaders as hypocritical, given her unwavering support for U.S. President Donald Trump, who has a history of antisemitic comments.

Graffiti is being written on the floor that reads ''LFI (La France Insoumise) shame'' and ''LFI: hypocritical tribute'' during a ceremony that is taking place to pay tribute to the 42 French citizens killed and to all the victims of the Hamas assault on Israel last October 7, four months after the attacks. This is happening as the conflict between Israel and the Palestinian Islamist group Hamas continues in the Gaza enclave, in the courtyard of the Hotel des Invalides in Paris, France, on February 7, 2024. The ceremony is paying tribute to the French and French-Israeli citizens killed in the attack on Israel by Hamas and to the three others who are still missing, believed to be held hostage.

Senator Tommy Tuberville, Republican of Alabama and staunch Trump supporter, turns his back on the US Army Band quartet singing the national anthem at a ceremony on the Capitol steps in remembrance of the victims of the September 11th attacks. This appears hypocritical as Tuberville has previously criticized those who kneel during the national anthem.

Senator Tommy Tuberville, Republican of Alabama and staunch Trump supporter, faces and sings along with the US Army Band quartet singing "God Bless America" at a ceremony on the Capitol steps in remembrance of the victims of the September 11th attacks. This is remarkble because he turned his back on the quartet during the national anthem. This appears hypocritical as Tuberville has previously criticized those who kneel during the national anthem.
