The Fulvous Forest Skimmer is a medium-sized, rusty-colored dragonfly with transparent wing tips, native to Asia. It has a reddish-brown body and wings, while females are paler and may be rusty-brown or yellowish-brown. The transparent tips of its wings are a key identifying feature that distinguishes it from other red Asian dragonflies.
