The Head of the National Search and Rescue Agency, Mohammad Syafii, gives directions during a roll call before carrying out a search and rescue operation for landslide victims in Pasirlangu village, Bandung, West Java Province, on January 25, 2026. Heavy rains in the area cause the landslide, burying dozens of villagers' homes on January 24, 2026.
