Planting Occurs In February-March And June-July, With A Harvest After 8-10 Months. Taro Is A Nutritious Root Vegetable, Rich In Complex Carbohydrates, Dietary Fiber, And Minerals Like Potassium, Magnesium, And Copper, Containing 70-80% Starch.
