In Krakow, Poland, on September 17, 2025, a Polish flag is present during the commemoration of the 86th anniversary of the Soviet Union's aggression against Poland at Father General Adam Studzinski Square. The Soviet Union joins military operations on the side of Nazi Germany and, without declaring war, invades Poland on September 17, 1939, thus fulfilling the protocol of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact. The Soviet murders of Polish officers and intelligentsia begin at that time.
