A general view of new protective shelter over the 4 nuclear reactor Unit at Chernobyl nuclear power plant in Kiev region, Ukraine, on 26 April, 2019. Ukraine mark the 33rd anniversary of Chernobyl nuclear disaster. On 22 April 2019 a new protective shelter was transferred to trial operation for 72 hours. After the trial operation, the project will pass to the stage of experimental and industrial exploitation. Experimental and industrial exploitation will last no more than 1 year. After that, Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant will receive a license and will turn to the operation of the NSC and dismantle the unstable structures of the Shelter Object. The Chernobyl accident occurred on 26 April 1986 at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant near the city of Pripyat.
