New new blocks of flats in Gdynia, Poland, on April 20, 2016. Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) has published a communication on the suspension of accepting applications for funding their own contribution to housing due to exhaustion of the pool of subsidies for 2016. Huge interest in the program arose largely from changes in the conditions of the grant. Originally, the potential beneficiaries of support they could use it at ten percent own contribution. Currently, this threshold is raised to 15%.
