The Archer Midnight with registration tail number N302AX, developed by California-based Archer Aviation, is designed as a piloted and four passenger air taxi aimed at reducing urban congestion through sustainable electric air mobility. The Midnight aircraft’s first test flight outside the United States took place in July 2025 at Al Bateen Executive Airport in Abu Dhabi, where it was evaluated under local environmental conditions as part of preparations for regional certification aiming to the usage of affordable air taxi transportation. Paris Air Show, one of the oldest and largest in the world aerospace events, gathers global industry leaders to showcase the latest advancements in aviation, defense, and space technology.
