A woman holds a placard reading 'As long as impunity prevails, blood will continue to flow'. Women from the collective NousToutes organize a march and a die-in in Toulouse, France, on November 16, 2025, against feminicides, sexual violence, and patriarchy. Women read the names of all women killed in 2025 by men. To date, 140 women have been killed by men. Protesters demand more resources from the French government to protect women threatened or beaten by their partner or a man in the family. They say that 65% of killed women came to the police to make a complaint, but police classified the complaints. They also ask the police to have better training to pay attention to these complaints. A French governmental body says that EUR1bn per year is necessary to tackle violence against women.

Nawaat's magazines, whose cover reads in French 'suspicious death, police impunity,' are made available during a solidarity day that brings together Tunisian journalists, human rights, and civil society activists at the headquarters of the National Syndicate of Tunisian Journalists (SNJT) in Tunis, Tunisia, on November 13, 2025. The solidarity day supports journalists from the independent media outlet Nawaat after Tunisian authorities suspend its activities. Nawaat is a progressive, independent media association based in Tunisia. Its activities are suspended for one month by a decision of the Tunisian authorities on October 31. The suspension follows an administrative and financial audit and is seen by supporters as a political move to silence an independent media outlet amidst a broader crackdown on civil society. Nawaat frames it as an arbitrary measure intended to silence free expression and commits to complying with the suspension while vowing to appeal the decision in court.
