This action uses fluorescein, a harmless substance, to highlight areas affected by the climate crisis, pollution, and overuse, making them immediately visible to passersby. The protest criticizes the Italian government's environmental policies and its lack of concrete action to address climate collapse. Italy, along with Poland, is the only European country that opposes including a commitment to abandon fossil fuels in the draft agreement presented at COP30 in Belem.
