Workers of the Nikitin Kolkhoz bakery clean their kitchen after working day at 10 a.m., Ivanovka village, Azerbaijan. Bakery makes bread for local people. Children from school and kindergarden of Ivanovka eat only this bread, because it's made with natural products. We don't add any chemicals, even yeast is made at our kitchen, says Elena Emelianenko, one of the workers. (
