He is charged with conspiracies to defraud the US and obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of a proceeding, and conspiracy to violate rights of American voters. Trump also has been charged with a hush-money scheme in New York, unlawful retention of defense information in Florida, and is under investigation for efforts to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
