This site has published a series of articles on Altice owned by media moghul Patrick Drahi. Patrick Drahi filed a complaint at the Commercial court of Paris against Reflets for 'violation of business secrets'. Normally, this kind of complaint is filed under a jurisdiction specialized in medias as the press, in France, is under the 1881 law on press freedom. However, Partick Drahi won before the Commercial court which forbids Reflets to write anything new about Altice. In front of the normal jurisdiction, one can suppose Drahi and Altice would have loose. Similar gatherings took place elsewhere in France in front of Commercial courts. A juggler plays with a ball in front of riot police. Thousands of protesters marched again against the 'Global Security Law' bill promoted by French President Macron and his majority. Culture people and ravers joined the demonstration as a rave party organizers risk up to 10 years in jail for organizing a freeparty during New Eve. Culture people protest as theaters, cinemas, concerts hall are closed since months. The 'Global Security Law' bill will forbid anyone to photograph or film police members if not flouted : transgressors could be condemned up to one year in jail and a €45.000 fine. The bill also plans to generalize facial recognition in pubic spaces as in China. The French Rights Defender, the French National Commission on Human Rights (administrative bodies) and the UN Human Rights body condemn the bill as it will be a violation of internationals treaties signed and ratified by France, the Universal Human Rights Declaration, rule of law, etc. Toulouse.
