Ukrainian domestic refugees who escaped from Kharkiv area to relative safety of Nadyby, Lviv Oblast, Ukraine walk on the stairs of thier shelter on April 21, 2022. Since the Russian Federation invaded Ukraine, the conflict forced over 10 million people to flee their homes, both internally and externally. Greek-Catholic Church in Nadyby near Lviv hosts dozens of mothers with children who fled the war in eastern part of Ukraine and supports many more refugees in the area. The families found shelter in the Center for the Pastoral Care of Priests and Monks in Nadyby.
