The NASA Security Helicopter flies over the Falcon 9 Rocket, which is scheduled to carry Crew 10 to the ISS. The rocket vents both liquid helium and liquid nitrogen, which purge the liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen systems prior to propellant loading and then pressurize the systems before ignition.

CRS 22 with all engines running has almost cleared the tower. The Rocket is powered by Merlin engines, a family of rocket engines developed by SpaceX for use on its Falcon 1, Falcon 9 and Falcon Heavy launch vehicles. Merlin engines use a rocket grade kerosene (RP-1) and liquid oxygen as rocket propellants in a gas-generator power cycle. The Merlin engine was originally designed for recovery and reuse. At Launch the engine generates 845kN of thrust.
