IRPIN, UKRAINE - JUNE 17, 2023 - A pigeon is perched on the scaffolds during the launch of the rehabilitation process of a multi-storey apartment building, Irpin, Kyiv Region, northern Ukraine. The joint project of the United Nations Development Programme, the Ukrainian Ministry for Restoration and the Kyiv Regional State Administration is part of a broader effort to restore 18 multi-storey buildings in Kyiv Region, which will allow 4,000 people to have a home again. It is financed through the UNITED24 crowdsourcing platform that is helping to raise much-needed funds to rebuild. NO USE RUSSIA. NO USE BELARUS.
