An automatic guided vehicle shuttles goods at the Qingdao section of the Shandong Pilot Free Trade Zone in Qingdao, Shandong province, China, Sept 27, 2023. According to Qingdao Customs statistics, in the first eight months of this year, the import and export value of Shandong Pilot Free Trade Zone was 309.57 billion yuan, accounting for 14.5% of the total import and export value of the province.

He shuttled from Kaeson Station to Thongil, Sungri, Ponghwa and Yonggwang stations by the subway train to learn in detail about its trial operation. The performance of the subway train is very good, Kim Jong Un said, adding that its speed is satisfactory and brake works flawlessly. He set forth important tasks to be fulfilled to better spruce up the Pyongyang Metro to meet the requirements of a highly civilized socialist nation and put the metro management and operation on a higher modern and IT basis.
