Volunteers clean up plastic and glass from the beach along the Molfetta seafront in Molfetta, Italy, on January 25, 2026. Ordinary citizens and members of Plastic Free, equipped with gloves, bags, and telescopic tongs, comb through the pebbly coastline of Molfetta, clearing it of plastic and debris brought in by storm surges. It is a team effort involving different generations, from the association's veterans to the very young, who make a valuable contribution with great seriousness and commitment
