Barbed wire and a solar powered camera are seen on the Polish-Belarusian border in the administrative district of Gmina Szudzialowo, Poland on August 14, 2021. Belarusian authorities have started pushing refugees, mainly from Iraq over the border with Poland as retaliation against economic santcions by the EU for the mistreatment of political prisonsers and citizens taking part in anti-government demonstrations. While in 2020 less than a 100 refugees were registered crossing the border from Belarus in the previous weeks well over 400 have entered Poland.
