Raw bricks are being stacked for taking into burner in a Brickfield in Sylhet, Bangladesh, on 16th December 2015. Bricks are one of the most fundamental items of new construction and also any sort of development. In Bangladesh most of the Brickfields (where bricks are made) operates only during the winter. During this season labors from across the country come to places where more number of brickfields operates. Brickfield owners make huge profit from their making of bricks but mostly they never ensure the basic need of the labors. Government organisations need to look into it for ensuring minimum life standard for the labors.
