Locally stranded individuals (LSIs) take shelter in a baseball stadium in Manila, Philippines where thousands await for their trips going back to their provinces on July 25, 2020. LSIs comprise of foreign or Filipino nationals mostly students, workers or tourists in the Philippines who have expressed desire to return to their place of origin. The Philippine government has facilitated the return of LSIs to their place of residences which resulted to the spike of COVID-19 cases in some regions.
