On the anniversary of the Smolensk disaster, which resulted in the deaths of 96 people, including Polish President Lech Kaczynski and his wife, Jaroslaw Kaczynski, along with leading PiS MPs, is celebrating a ceremony at the Monument to the Victims of the Smolensk Tragedy. Every month, a group of people lays a wreath in memory of all the victims and blames President Lech Kaczynski for the plane crash. Former Prime Minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski has destroyed the wreath several times, but this time he is not succeeding.
