Units conducted checks of numerous transformers but found no evidence of damage. The situation changed at approximately 6:08 AM when a White Plains police officer observed what appeared to be a small explosive device near the doorway of an apartment building at 11 Odell Avenue. Additional units responded to establish a perimeter, and residents in the vicinity were instructed to shelter in place as a precautionary measure. The device was successfully secured. Two people of interest are currently detained in the investigation.
