Right to Information (RTI) movement members protest against the banning of civilian vehicular movement on Jammu-Srinagar highway in Lalchowk, Srinagar, Indian Administered Kashmir on 05 April 2019. The government have decided not to let any civilian vehicle ply on highway on Wednesdays and Sundays from 4 AM to 5 PM to give a safe passage for Indian Forces convoy. The decision was taken after the suicide attack on Forces convoy in Pulwama district on 14 February 2019 which resulted in death of more than 40 Personnel.
