It is a tribute to El Hacen Diarra, a 35-year-old Mauritanian man who the police arrest on the night of January 14-15 and take into custody at the police station in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, where he dies of a heart attack. El Hacen Diarra's family, represented by lawyer Yassine Bouzrou, files a complaint for ''intentional violence'' in Paris on January 18, 2026.
