KATHMANDU, NEPAL — 12 March 2026: Temporary Election Police Personnel Line Up During A Farewell Program After Completing Their 40-day Deployment For Security During The House Of Representatives Election In Kathmandu, Nepal. Authorities Mobilized More Than 149,000 Temporary Police From Nepal Police And The Armed Police Force Across The Country To Assist In Maintaining Security During The Nationwide Vote. The Personnel Were Formally Thanked And Provided Certificates Of Appreciation Following The Completion Of Their Duties.
