Decomposed Child Remains Found In Duffel-Bag In Alleyway

A Philadelphia police unit is patrolling the scene where the severely decomposed remains of a child were found in a duffel bag in an alleyway in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, on March 18, 2024. Police responded to the 600 block of North 38th Street at approximately 9:50 am on Monday morning.
