Decomposed Child Remains Found In Duffel-Bag In Alleyway
A teddy bear memorial is being set up on a fence after the tragic discovery of the severely decomposed human remains of a child on Monday morning in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The remains were found in a duffel bag in an alleyway in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, on March 18, 2024. At approximately 9:50 am, police responded to the 600 block of North 38th Street. They were met by a male who was working at the rear of the property, and he directed the officers to a duffel bag containing the severely decomposed remains of a child.
