Human remains of a decomposed child are being found in a duffel bag in an alleyway in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, on March 18, 2024. Police are responding to the 600 block of North 38th Street at approximately 9:50 am on Monday morning. A male, who is doing work at the rear of the property, is meeting the police and directing them to a duffel bag that contains the ''severely decomposed remains of a child.''
