Anniversary Of The Battle Of Puebla In Mexico

Inhabitants of the Concepcion Coatipac Community in the municipality of Calimaya, State of Mexico, have been rooted in the tradition of participating in the representation of the Battle of Puebla for more than 50 years. On May 5, 2023, they will be characterized with French military uniforms as well as the blanket dress of the Mexican Zacapoaxtlas Indians, in memory of the Mexican triumph of this military feat led by General Ignacio Zaragoza.
