The shooting happened in the area of 30th and Chestnut Street. The shooting was caused by a road rage incident with a 27-year-old female. The 22-year-old had a crowbar and broke the passenger side rear door window of the 27-year-old female's vehicle and then the female shot the man after he broke her window according to police.
